Refund Policies

Cancellation:
If cancellation is made one week or more in advance of rental reservation, no charge to reschedule or $25 dollar fee for a refund. If less than one week and other than day of rental, 50% refund will be made. No refund for a "No Show" or a same day cancellation 

Weather:
We reserve the right to determine if the weather will prevent sailing on any given day. A full refund or rescheduling will be made in the event of small craft warnings on inland waters or steady or heavy rain. Cloudy conditions, light winds or rain showers will not result in a refund or a rescheduling.

Late Fees:
Late returns will be charged a fee of $75 dollars for every hour or portion of an hour they are late. For either of the Catalinas, a late fee of $75 dollars per hour will deducted from your security deposit.
